She uses cognitive behavior therapy, an evidenced based treatment, & specializes in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders with or without comorbid medical conditions. She is also known for her comprehensive diagnostic evaluations. She is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. She is a Diplomate, Founding Fellow, Certified Trainer & Consultant with the Academy of Cognitive Therapy (ACT).
