Megan approaches real estate with enthusiasm, dedication, and an endless quest for market knowledge. She moved to Colorado from Tucson, Arizona in 2003 and has since found her home in the Washington Park Neighborhood. Growing up she was immersed in the family business of real estate and brings to Preferred Properties an understanding of the importance of local knowledge, respect for clients, and a commitment to her community.<br /><br />After graduating with a degree in Advertising from the University of Colorado at Boulder, Megan began her career at Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services. Starting her career in investment sales, she brings transaction knowledge and fervent negotiating skills to her clients. A big advocate of taking clients on “Market Knowledge Tours”, she believes that a home and neighborhood tour is the best tool for assisting a Buyer to narrow their search in order to make a smart housing decision. Known for being an open communicator, clients appreciate Megan’s attention to detail and fresh new approaches to introducing their homes to the market. <br /><br />Outside of real estate Megan enjoys playing tennis, riding horses, and heading up to the mountains with her dog.
