<p class="MsoNormal">Megan is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and has achieved the National Realtor's Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR) for her advanced study as well as years of experience & successful representation of Buyers throughout Boston. Megan utilizes her extensive real estate expertise and local market knowledge to guide home Buyers and Sellers throughout the entire real estate process. Megan also represents Investors & Developers through each stage of a successful purchase or sale—from identifying target properties to "deal-appropriate" due diligence, financing, permitting & renovation or construction consulting. For FY2009-10, Megan was ranked Top 20 in the entire city of Boston in all property types for total sales volume representing Boston Real Estate Buyers and Sellers in the successful purchase or sale of their homes or investment properties.</p><p class="MsoNormal">Prior to becoming a real estate broker, Megan was a commercial real estate attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP where she represented R.E.I.Ts in the purchase of portfolio properties nationwide and lending entities in the placement of first mortgage financing, construction financing & mezzanine debt. Megan also represented national developers and joint venture partners in the acquisition, financing, development & disposition of all types of real estate assets. Megan graduated from Vanderbilt University & received her J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.</p>
