Philosophy:
I practice psychotherapy that it is interactive: I respond to what my clients tell me; I offer advice when appropriate; and provide guidance for deeper understanding when helpful. I offer goal-directed psychotherapy, promoting competence and self-assurance in day-to-day problems; and insight-oriented exploration for greater self-awareness, understanding, and self-actualization. My approach is non-judgmental and collaborative; my hope is that you and I will work together to find the solutions and relief that you need.
