She is well known in her field, as well as in her community by also having published a newspaper column, produced a radio show, and made numerous appearances on local cable television.</p><p>Maureen's real estate career unofficially began when she started investing in and renovating Brooklyn Brownstones in the late 1970s. An advertising and marketing executive at the time, she moved with her young family to a coastal New England town north of Boston, and pursued her professional real estate career in earnest - first as a sales associate with a luxury brokerage firm, and later as a Broker-Owner of three real estate companies serving the North Shore market.</p><p>On a personal note, Maureen is a lover of boating, fishing, and the sand and sea that surrounds her. She additionally dabbles in watercolor painting, pretends to play golf, and is actively involved with local charities and events.</p><p class="MsoNormal"></p>

A native New Yorker, Maureen Johnson has always loved the Hamptons. Through her childhood eyes it was a magical place where a kid from the city could run free along the beaches and by ways of East Hampton or stop at a roadside farm stand in Sagaponack to choose from the colorful and beautiful produce that would later grace the table. Today she shares the passion for the East End with others who like her want to live those experiences and share them with those they love. Maureen’s real estate career began in downtown Brooklyn when she bought and renovated her first brownstone. An advertising and marketing executive at the time, she knew that someday, real estate would be her profession. Now, with more than twenty years of experience, Maureen lives her dream uniting people from all over the world with Hamptons homes. In those years Maureen has earned the trust of hundreds of clients and customers including buyers, investors, builders and renters.<br /><br />She became an award winning sales agent and then Broker-Owner of three offices in an historic waterfront community. She can often be found walking with her dogs Max and Bella on one the beautiful ocean or bay beaches that punctuate the East End life.
