EXPERIENCE:<br/><br/>Ms. Fox currently performs a wide range of appraisal services involving a variety of property types and appraisal assignments including the valuation of residential, commercial, industrial, 2-4 and multi-family buildings, vacant land, subsidized housing, and office buildings. Furthermore, Ms. Fox is an FHA approved appraiser. Her experience encompasses Bucks, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Chester, and Delaware Counties. Ms. Fox founded her company in 1998.<br/><br/>EDUCATION:<br/><br/>Ms. Fox is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. She has also completed various courses given by the Appraisal Institute including Appraisal Principles, Appraisal Procedures, Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Parts A & B, Residential Case Study, and Income Capitalization Part A. Ms. Fox has also taken courses in such topics as appraisal theory, real estate investment analysis, and fair housing laws given by the Philadelphia Board of Realtors.<br/><br/><br/>PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATIONS:<br/><br/><br/>Ms. Fox is currently certified as a General Appraiser by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
