Dr, Maura Keene graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with an undergraduate degree in English and Education. She attended the University of Michigan Medical School and graduated from Tufts University School of Medicine in 1981. Her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology was completed at Mount Sinai Hospital in Hartford in 1986. Subsequently, she spent a fellowship year studying Infertility at Mount Sinai and began practicing in the Pioneer Valley with the Valley Health Plan in 1988. Dr Keene and her husband, Art, a Professor of Antropology at the University of Massachusetts, have lived in the Pioneer Valley since 1979. They have three grown children. They have lived in Israel and have been involved in local organizations supporting education. Dr. Keene has been Board Certified in OB GYN since 2000. Her special interests include infertility and adolescent gynecology.
