Counseling is a helping process that takes place in an atmosphere of acceptance, respect, and trust, and my philosophy in counseling is that we can better understand our own experiences when we find an environment to speak openly, without fear of penalty or judgment. Our sessions together will provide that environment. As each person comes to counseling with his or her own concerns, strengths, ways of coping, and hopes for the future, our counseling will draw from different theories of change to best match your needs.
