Philosophy:
I use relaxed, 30 minute appointments with deep tissue massage and a combination of gentle, "low-force" adjustments that avoid "popping " of joints, and traditional "popping" style adjustments when necessary, in order to release stiff, locked, painful joints. My patients frequently tell me they prefer this more gentle," low-force" approach because it doesn't make them nervous, and they don't get more sore from the treatment. I take the time to find the cause of your pain, and fix it.
