Matthew D. Brimhall serves as the president of Tri-Star Realty, LLC. He is responsible for overseeing the operations of the boutique brokerage and is integral in its overall success. <br /><br />Prior to taking this position at Tri-Star, Brimhall served as the vice president and corporate broker at Trump International Hotel - Las Vegas. Throughout his career, Matthew has directed the sales and marketing efforts for a number of high-rise buildings in Las Vegas.<br /><br />Matthew previously served as the President of Sales and Marketing for one of the fastest selling high-rise towers within the market, where he and his team satisfied the developer’s construction loan, increased sales – year over year – by 300 percent and sold and closed at least one residence every 48 hours, over an entire fiscal quarter, during one of the most severe economic downturns in history. <br /><br />Prior to his tenure within this 41-story Las Vegas Strip tower, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a leading Las Vegas real estate developer and was responsible for resort, residential and commercial projects that totaled more than $1.2 billion.<br /><br />His past experience also includes serving as a corporate officer, senior marketing officer and senior officer in Las Vegas for a multi-billion dollar developer of luxury condominium high-rise communities throughout the United States. The company’s product offerings ranged up to $8 million per residence or more than $2,000 per square foot. Additionally, he directed the company’s worldwide advertising and marketing strategy, which targeted specific markets including, Asia, North America and Europe.<br /><br />Prior to his work in the real estate industry, Matthew managed the worldwide public and investor relations function for a leading technology company, which achieved the country’s second largest initial public offering in 1999.<br /><br />Matthew holds a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Utah and a Master’s of Professional Communication and Business Administration degree from Westminster College, a private institution which was founded in 1875, and is consistently ranked in US News and World Report’s top-tier academic institutions.
