I was born in Brooklyn, New York and grew up in Middle Village, Queens, New York. I worked in New York City for five years in the film industry. One weekend in 1965 I came to Milford to a dude ranch and that was it. I was in love. I found this wonderful place only 90 minutes from New York and was intrigued with the charming Victorian town as well as the beautiful streams, the Delaware River and the peace of the woods. After about five years of weekends, I eventually moved here. At first I had a business in town called 'Cousins Jeans and Tops' and then a butcher shop in town called 'Milford Smokehouse'. Soon after I started as a secretary for Davis R. Chant Realtors and within no time I became a Realtor. That was 36 years ago and I am still here servicing my clients and customers. Being a realtor I have made some wonderful friends and truly enjoy listing and selling homes. With 36 years experience in both the up and down real estate markets , I can handle every challenge from the listing to the closing table. My personal info - My family is the most important thing to me. My husband Bill and I have been married for 28 years. He has been with Ed Nikles Custom Home Builders for 10 years as their Production Supervisor as well as a part-time Realtor and my partner servicing our clients and customer. We are members of Saint Patrick's Church and have been involved in many committees. Our daughters Stephanie and Rebecca graduated from Delaware Valley School in Milford and graduated from Villanova University. They are civil engineers married to chemical engineers and both have black pugs, Vinny and Bentley. They are employed and live in the Philadelphia area. When I am not working I love shopping and most importantly playing with Reggie (my Black Pug). I am a serious animal lover. They bring so much happiness !

Married to Bill Gilpin years who is a Production Supervisor for Ed Nikles Builders and also my partner in real estate. We have been married for 29 years and were married in Tyler, Texas. We have two married daughters Stephanie and Becky both Villanova University graduates and Civil Engineers, and our sweet little black pug Reggie, and i must add i am a serious animal lover. We are also members of St. Patrick's Church. I was born in Brooklyn, raised in Miami and Middlevillage, Queens, N.Y. until i moved to Milford in 1970...I fell in love with Milford in 1965 on a vsit to Malibu Dude Ranch, came up a couple of years on weekends, love horseback riding and then finally made the move. Have never regretted it, great place to raise your family and just a beautiful life here... that's about it.. Life is Good !
