Hello!I am from the northern area of Virginia, right outside of Washington, DC, and when I came to Florida the market was beginning to boom. That was back in 2004 when it was hard to find a property to fit needs and wants, and if that wasn't hard enough, they also had multiple offers on them. Those days have been gone for a while now, however, the market is changing as we speak. Homes are staying on the market less time, prices are going up, and foreclosures and short sales are streamlined and easier to purchase/sell than ever. I make it my goal to be available for my clients and to make the stressful process of buying or selling a home, as easy as I possibly can.
