Every individual has within him or her self the knowledge and resources necessary to meet any personal challenge. This may not be self evident because that knowledge is not always readily accessible. Emotional reactions, personal and relational history and other factors can obscure judgement, making solutions unclear. My goal as a therapist is to help you gain the clarity needed, according to your own personal values, to discover workable solutions and manifest positive growth and change.
