Abstract:
The present invention is for a duster with an extension handle for allowing the user to clean in hard to reach areas. This unique device provides an easier method of removing dust, dirt, cobwebs, and other debris from the tops of door and window frames, ceilings, ceiling fan blades, behind appliances and hard to move pieces of furniture, picture frames, and other hard to reach places. Many users, including short, pregnant, elderly, or disabled people, as well as any person having a limited range of mobility, would benefit from the use of this product. The duster with extension handle would consist of a long, plastic handle with a series of detachable cleaning heads and a handle extension that provides additional reaching capability. One such cleaning head would feature a flexible wire-coated piece that would be used in conjunction with various removable fabric covers for cleaning. The flexible piece could be bent at various angles for maximum cleaning benefit.
