I have worked for an outbound call center for SiriusXM Radio and learned a lot about how to deal with different customers in the most professional way. I was able to handle the situation and help the customer with whatever they needed as well as to tell them about the product and make sure they were comfortable with the decision they were making with providing them with all of the correct information. Also with working at a call center I was able to learn how to work as a team and come together to make our quota. Working in customer service is something I find very satisfying; helping others is what I love to do.
