Interests:

I was a Biology major in college, but found I wasn’t terribly interested in the redundant and repetitive nature of a Research and Development scientist. After successfully launching 2 products at Meridian Diagnostics in Cincinnati, and another while in R&D at Abbott, I jumped at the opportunity to move into a Project Management role. Having a developmentally disabled older brother has given me a unique perspective and sensitivity that enhances my ability to deal with diverse and sometimes, possibly difficult team members. I am comfortable in most all settings and do my best to make others feel the same, whether in an internal team meeting, meeting with team members in Germany, leading a cross-continental meeting via videoconference or meeting with customers and/or clinical sites across the US or in South America. On a project, I am a team member as well as a team leader, which has significantly contributed to my success as a Project Manager.
