I am a licensed real estate broker in the state of Masachussets a Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), a Certified Green Designee, an Accredited Staging Professional. A member of the National Association of Realtors, the Masachusettes Association of Realtors, and The Berkshire County Board of Realtors and the Designated Broker at Berkshire Country Homes. We work with buyers, sellers, and seasonal vacation rental properties. The resort and second home market is our specialty. I have been trained by the National Association of Realtors to deal with the special needs of that niche market.
