Raising my kids. Music, playing & listening, I play acoustic and electric guitar, piano, analog synthesizers and am interested in digital, computer synthesis/recording/mixing and manipulation of recorded sounds.Synthesizer (doesn't work currently). I have been interested in mystical religions, and their interconnections with quantum?astrophysics and their interconnections with alternative forms of medicine I am interested in sycho-dynamic and neuro-chemical theories of cognition and consciousness. I think it is obvious that "reality" is directly unknowable and is a construct that our minds create out of the limitations of our sensations and how ourt experiences distort those. This underlies my approach to psychodynamic psychotherapy.

Phi Beta Kappa. I haven't pursued honors and awards. I believe that these DO require active pursuit and, as such are distractions from focusing on my avocation as a psychiatrist.
