I have been helping individuals and couples since 1986. I worked for 19 years in a psychiatric hosptial where I specialized in treating adults who struggled with depression and anxiety, anger and conflict type issues. I have been in my present private practice since 1995 where I work with adults, individuals and couples. My approach is solutions oriented and directive. I pride myself in teaching individuals and couples how to get the results they are looking for.
