Woodworking, gardening, family and friends. I also enjoy being current on healthcare related studies and publications. I find that the average physician, medical or chiropractic, is very stagnant. There is so much cool stuff happening in all aspects of health. Some of it is hard to find but pertinent. Without drug or government money research is hard to do.

Yes I have some. I have this problem with listing them. Sure they are nice, but.... I think about what I am doing today forward is what's important. I feel it is necessary to earn the respect and patronage of a person based on what you can do for them, and then deliver that. They don't care about what you have done in the past.
