I am originally from Iowa and moved to Colorado in 2010 after I realized Colorado was where I truly wanted to be. I am married to my fantastic wife Penny. We have grown children which have blessed us with three fabulous grandchildren. We enjoy anything outdoors, hiking, camping, skiing, fishing, biking, motorcycling and spending time with friends and family. What's not to love about Colorado!<br/><br/> My real-estate interest began at a young age. I purchased my first property and at age 23 and built my first home a year later. From there I invested in numerous properties, rehabbed many and kept some for long term rental investments.</p><p class="MsoNormal">I became a licensed broker in Iowa with in 1996 and am currently licensed in Colorado. After becoming as broker I entered in to ownership of a real-estate franchise and shortly sold it. The ownership led to constantly recruiting and managing agents, handling all aspects of a brokerage, taking education and providing education, basically not doing what I like best which is helping buyers and sellers fulfill their dreams!<br/><br/> Since moving to Colorado, I joined Keller Williams Client Choice Realty. After being in the business so long I knew what I wanted in the next company I joined. After interviewing other offices and franchises I knew I wanted one that could provide the best tools and training, and that had great associates. Keller Williams is now the largest real estate company in the USA! I am thankful for the company I am with and also for the all the learning experiences along the way that have that have given me the experience, tools, knowledge and expertise to provide all those I serve with the highest level of customer service!
