Having been a realtor for 25 years, I feel that I can probably handle your real estate needs here in Mesquite, Nevada. The real estate market is so different today than it was in the past. We are around 16,000 according to the 2010 Census and that doesn't include the snowbirds and second home owners who are not primary residents but swell the population during the fall, winter, and spring seasons. Remember that you are only eighty miles from Las Vegas and a half hour from St. George, UT for getaways.<br /><br />I am excited each day when I get up. To be in such a great town with the friendliest people is a blessing. We have low crime, low property taxes, no state income taxes and WARM WINTERS. Hope you will come and check us out.
