I believe in helping my clients be clear about their priorities for therapy, and staying on track with these priorities, with clear goals, and understandable and workable methods around goals that are usable in effective ways. I tend in general to use some cognitive-behavioral approaches with mindfilness. I work with ?exposure with response prevention? techniques, and EMDR. I am very focused on my clients' change processes. I respect the fact that people are willing to make changes consciously.
