Abstract:
Removable anchor systems for speed bumps and parking blocks are disclosed. The speed bump or parking block has anchor holes that are aligned with bores in the underlying pavement. The assembly includes an anchor bolt removably threaded into an expanding anchor within the bores in the pavement. The anchor assembly allows the speed bump or parking block to be removed and replaced as required. A plug may be installed in the pavement bore to protect the anchor when the vehicle impediment is removed.

Abstract:
A protective, plastic cover for a concrete pole base has a cover wall, a cover top and a cover boot. The cover wall is made of interlocking slats with raised reinforcement portions. A two-piece cover top covers the top of the pole base. A cover boot encircles the pole and fills the gap between the cover top and the pole. The cover boot is radially adjustable to accommodate off center utility poles.

Abstract:
A disposable, fireproof receptacle for combustible debris for use in a cigarette receptacle is disclosed. The liner may be made from a metallic foil or other inexpensive, fire resistant material. The liner may be used in combination with or without a pail inside the receptacle. The metallic foil makes the liner resistant to fire and is inexpensive enough to also be disposable. When filled with debris the liner can be removed and sealed to allow convenient, safe disposal of the grimy and potentially hot debris inside the liner.

Abstract:
A corner guard made for installation in floor corners is disclosed. The corner guard may be made of flexible material and have three seating surfaces and a front face. Two of the seating surfaces are positioned adjacent to intersecting wall sections, and the third surface is positioned adjacent to the floor. The edge of the guard adjacent the floor will often be radiused to facilitate cleaning. Once installed the guard improves the overall cleanliness and appearance of a room by preventing dirt or debris from accumulating in difficult to clean corners.
