Marina Belyea is a recognized real estate professional with over twenty-five years of experience. Marina’s experience as both a marketing director and head of sales for a residential real estate development company further deepens her understanding of her clients’ needs when buying or selling a home.<br /><br />Marina is passionate about design and construction. Her experience and interest in staging and color selection benefits her seller clients as they prepare for the sale of their properties, as well as her buyer clients as they contemplate the use of space in their new homes.<br /><br />Marina has lived in the Lexington area most of her life, although born in New York City, and her three childern attending the Lexington public schools. She received a B. S. from Roger Williams University in Urban and Environmental Planning. In her spare time, Marina enjoys staying connecting with her community through her volunteer work with the Lexington Public Schools, Pilgrim Congregational Church, and fundraising organizations Room at the Table, the Lexington Education Fund, and Compass for Kids.<br /><br />Marina’s unique combination of experience, knowledge, and attention to detail ensures that her clients achieve their real estate goals.
