She possesses a unique combination of expertise in sales, coaching, counseling, real estate and successful and profitable business management.Marianne achieved a Master's in Education, Guidance and Counseling form Lynchburg College. Initially using her training and counseling skills, she developed educational modules and counseled for a number of successful years. Having a great interest in profitable business, Marianne decided to move into a sales position within a corporation. Her corporate career started as a sales associate with a national life insurance company where her early enthusiasm and training in sales won her numerous awards including Rookie of the Year.<br /><br />Recruited by another large company who notices her selling skills, she headed up their search and sales function for new employees. As she climbed the ladder of success in various companies in corporate life, she achieved such roles as Director, Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of a large multi-location sales organization. During this time, she was responsible for profitable management of numerous and varied departments and functions. Marianne also earned a Masters in Business Administration from George Mason University, while achieving success at her full time job.<br />Real estate was a logical next step for Marianne. It combined her experience in business, sales, contracts, negotiation, counseling, pricing and marketing. Currently Marianne has over 12 years of real estate sales and broker/owner experience in Raleigh North Carolina. She began her career at RE/MAX where she achieved 100%club, and Platinum status. Marianne managed a team of agents helping each to achieve their goals. As a natural evolution of her real estate career, Marianne opened a successful Realty World franchise in Raleigh.<br /><br />Marianne created numerous successful coaching programs which she implemented with her own agents, with great success. One program was called Mondays with Marianne, in which on a weekly basis, she covered a principle/skill for real estate achievement. Topics such as setting priorities, mindset, sales language and others were favorites for her agents. Later, being noticed as the successful broker/owner of a Realty World franchise, and coaching her own agents to success, she was asked by a large national firm to coach throughout the country.Now a coach for Tom Ferry, , Marianne has learned to use various principles and skills, to work with a variety of coaching clients to meet their style and personality. <br /><br />Marianne is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a GRI and ABR, as well as a Broker license. During her career in real estate she became a member of the Top Producers group of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors . She has served on teh board of the National Association of Women Business Owners and is a former member of Women's Presidents Association,as well as a participant in numerous other community organizations. <br /><br />Her vast business experience, counseling experience, sales experience and coaching experience have helped her to assist countless homeowners, business owners and client to achieve their real estate, financial and personal goals.
