Physical Assessments, Health Histories, monitoring patient vitals, blood glucose levels and nutritional intake. Assess responsiveness, and pain levels to assess overall condition and ensure proper application of patient care plans. Assess ambulatory ability, cognitive status and self-care capacity including aspiration risks. Administer oral, intravenous, PEG and NG tube medications, PEG tube feeding, ostomy care, tracheotomy and wound care, bladder scans, female and male straight and foley catheter placement, care of chest tubes and JP drains, among others.
