She completed her GRI - Graduate Realtor Institute Studies in 2001. She obtained her Broker's License in 2004. <br />Peggy is married to Charlie Weniger, her college sweetheart, has two adult children, Kari 23 and Rob 22, and her family is complete with her three labrador retreivers.<br />Peggy is very proud of both of her adult children. Her daughter, Kari, completed college at the United States Naval Academy in 2008, & currently is serving as an Ensign in the United States Navy, aboard The USS Sullivans. Her son, Rob, is completing his senior year of college at Columbia University, in New York City. <br />~~~~~<br />Career Expertise <br />Peggy is a Previews Luxury Home Specialist. A resident since 1981, she specializes in waterfront properties in Pinellas County. She is an avid boater and sailor. Time Management is key strength of Peggy's. <br />Civic and Business Activities <br />Peggy is a volunteer at St. Petersburg High School, TOPS Soccer program for differently-abled youth, and a Sustainer in the Junior League of St. Petersburg. She created the Doors of St. Petersburg Poster to benefit CASA.
