While we use standard diagnostic terms no one patient fits into a box and each person is treated as an individual. Our therapy would be described as psychodynamic co-therapy with cognitive and behavioral components however what that means in plan English is that we have a lot of different tools in our bag that we can use but all that is put in the background while we focus on the person and their individual problem and situation. Our practice location is just East of North Portland on 51st Street convenient to the Baptist and Deaconess Hospital area and is a homey ,discreet setting. We are happy to discuss your need for therapy on the phone to see if we are the proper referral for you and to assist you in finding another if needed.
