Philosophy:
Manfred Moskovits MD, FACC is an attending physican of the division of cardiology at Maimonides Medical Center since July 2004. He earned his Medical Degree at the University of Munich, Germany in 1983 and was already certified as an internist and cardiologist by the German Medical Association before practicing in this country.
His focus is non-invasive cardiac imaging including echocardiography and Nuclear Cardiology as well as transesophageal echocardiography.
Dr. Moskovits was recently appointed Director of Non-Invasive Cardiology at Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center. During his Fellowship at Beth Israel Medical Center, New York, his special interests included a wide variety of topics, including EECP , T-wave alternans and Cardiac manifestations of HIV. Due to his fluency in multiple languages, including Yiddish, Hebrew, French and Italian, he is able to establish an excellent rapport with our variety of patients of different backgrounds.
