Every individual, couple and family I see is important. Your problems are important and I work with you to resolve those issues that brought you counseling/therapy. At times I do ask clients to complete "homework" assignments and come prepared for the next session. It is very important to follow through on any assisgnments. I utilize: cognitive, behavioral, psychodynamic and reality-based theraputic process to work towards resolving problems. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need to resolve the problems for which they are seeking therapy and any futher problems as well.
