I love old houses!! When I go into a home and see the original details preserved, , I go nuts. Without a doubt OLD Houses are my favorites. Don't get me wrong I appreciate contemporary clean designs also. But the Late 1800's are my favorite! In my Real estate career here in Philadelphia, i've had the opportunity to see and sell some truly gorgeous older homes. Real Estate is so much fun. I love to meet new people!

Although I currrently work In Northern Liberties, i travel to most neighborhoods, and have clients all over Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. I love Real Estate because you just never know what the day will bring. There is something new everyday, whether it be an issue to resolve, a problem, or just an exciting new opportunity! I like to keep an upbeat and positive attitude and I am amazed at how Relaxed I remain when things get chaotic. That happens sometimes even though as a realtor, I do everything I can keep things smooth, sometimes you just can't control everything. Most problems can be resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I love it when I have a win win situation, when everyone feels happy and satisfied.l I think if more of felt that way, the world would be a very peaceful and happy place. <br /> <br />I like to be helpful and i like explaining things to my clients.
