This is an award that has only been awarded a few times in the past few years and I had the honor of being the first ever recipient of this award for the Q3 Mountain Region President's Club Award for showing an amplified dedication to my job and exceeding all metrics that our department is measured on. This is not easily attained as some metrics are exceedingly difficult to influence over the short term and must be worked on for months to improve upon.

Each quarter we are evaluated under our "Power Ranking" metrics according to our department, if a team has someone who has exceeded all expectations and has gone above and beyond to ensure the team's success, the team member will be awarded the Team MVP award. Each time I have won this award, I have been surprised as I have thought that I was just doing my job. But it is great to know that my hard work and persistence has been recognized and has benefitted my team in ways that have made us all more efficient and successful.

My team is very fortunate in the sense that we are all very dedicated to our success and rarely just meet expectations. We have always been determined to exceed all expectations and to stand out as a leading team. My supervisor said he really didn't want to give this award to me given it's title, however it does illustrate that I demonstrated the most improvement in my numbers from an average of 120% to 140% of goal, whereas other members of our team improved within 5-10%. So this award was dedicated to my hard work and improving upon perfection.
