Both my husband Bill and myself have worked as Full-time Realtors for over 20 years. We have enjoyed the priviledge of working for over 700+ Happy buyers and sellers. When we have all of our business in order, we enjoy our two dogs: Mayzie, a 4 year old Chocolate Lab and Molly, a 2 year old Chespeake Bay Retreiver. Only a short year ago, we moved to Winding Hills to enjoy the 150+ acres of open space hardwood forests...we have been seen hiking with our two "girls" throughout the area. Enjoying that natural setting is so relaxing as we type birds, view deer tracks, sight wild turkey, fox and deer. We've also been seen picking wild raspberries as well as harvesting a few apples from the abundant orchard ground still to be developed. We also enjoy fishing and boating - there's a long story to that - and it will be for another time. It deals with not catching many keepers as well as the first mate having issues with motion sickness :) The boat is for SALE now!! Most importantly we enjoy spending time with our huge blended family. There is NOTHING like grandchildren or seeing your "own" growing up and moving OUT of the nest. (They do come back, sometimes as well :)

It is our LIFESTYLE....and we are constantly IN touch. Our grown children are so indoctrinated in our "Real Estate speak" that they would be tremendous agents themselves....just from listening to our years of stories of successes, issues and conflict resolutions. <br />We both haven't always been Realtors - but we are so happy to have found our niche here. In our current home in Winding Hills in Upper Allen Twp, we have had a part in almost every transaction in our community and find it a great pleasure to walk down the street greeting old friends and making new ones. If you can't reach us via phone...we are probably out of signal reach...hiking about the area with our two labs...fantastic companions with indefatigable strength....making each day 2 mile walks a requirement. We also enjoy our extended familes& spending time connecting with our growing number of grandchildren.

One of the most fulfilling moments in Real Estate is when a buyer LOCKS in on a house. Watching a customer fall in LOVE with a home solidifies that I have done a good job of listening to their needs and finding the PERFECT FIT. When I am NOT working in Real Estate I find myself enjoying walks in our 120 acre common area, cooking & entertaining family, and going on adventures riding on the back of Bill's Harley!

Louise has always worked in people service related jobs. Her background began out of college as a High School teacher/varsity coach at Carlisle Area Schools. She then focused on raising her four children as a full-time homemaker staying in touch as a community leader and volunteer. She has a Masters degree in Education that has given her a stronger background in personality and learning styles as well as motivation. She has lived on both the East and West shore for over 40 years. Louise graduated high school from Susquehanna Twp, and matriculated through Bloomsburg University and Penn State - Hbg. She has over 14 years of full-time Real Estate experience...and has loved every minute of it!
