About:
I have lived in Las Vegas since October of 1988. Wow, have I seen some changes in this town. At one time you could see the Las Vegas sky line and see only a few high rise casinos. Now, it is full of them. I miss the old Las Vegas and casinos, like the Dunes, Silver Slipper, Sands and others. But, this is progress, I guess?
In the same token, the housing market and population has also grown. This was and has been good for the city. My out of town clients often ask if this is a good place to live. My answer is you have the best of both worlds at the touch of your finger tips. The night life is here, the best entertainment, the best restaurants and lets not forget the gambling. You also have your home life. Yes, you do laundry, shopping, cleaning, and so on.
I also let them know that they are close to California and their beeches and fun parks. If you love skiing not to worry, it's 25 minutes away to Mount Charleston. Boating? No problem, welcome to Lake Mead. The wilderness is in Utah and its breath taking views. All in all, we are surrounded by a beautiful city, beautiful neighbors and lots to explore and do. So do I think it's a good place to live. Like I said I have lived in Las Vegas since October of 1988.
