I have had the privilege of providing continuous service to the community for 40 years in clinics and private practice in the East Bay. Relationships have the power to heal the mind and heart. We have strong evidence that therapy facilitates changes in the part of the brain that improves our ability to regulate emotions, expands our capacity to experience all emotions, enhances a sense of well being and the quality of relationships, and reveals undeveloped skills and abilities that lead to fulfillment, satisfaction and self mastery. I have a wealth of experience with a wide range of interventions. I use an integrative approach that combines the most effective treatments in a time-sensitive manner.
