Work (seriously I'm what you might call a "Real Estate Geek" with all the passion and high standards that the term "Geek" usually implies) and Family, typically. But when there is some spare time: reading books (work and a good historical or science fiction) enjoying the great outdoors, travel inside and out of Alaska, and cooking.

Born right here in Fairbanks, and a lifelong Alaskan (only one year overseas in my "youth") I was introduced to real estate first hand VERY early on through my family's self-managed small rental properties. Toss in my Type-A mother's long time certified property manager credentials, and later her involvement in real estate sales for many years and add to that years of part-time work each day after school in a Real Estate Development/Construction & Engineering company, as well as summers between College working in a real estate office tending to whatever was needed that did not require a real estate license, and you end up with me: a pretty much pre-educated and Real Estate Programmed second generation Realtor, who was practically weaned on high standards and several aspects of the Real Estate industry in general. <br /><br />If you choose to contact me for help now or in the future, what you get is someone with over 18 years experience as a REALTOR and all but one of those right here in Fairbanks & North Pole, much of those specializing in buyer representation--even LONG before it was embraced locally), several years of high-quality single family property management experience, AND someone who has never tried to pretend they can be accomplish in every single other aspects of Real Estate like Land, Commercial, Retail Leasing, etc). <br /><br />For my clients & customers, that means the experience, skill, education, energy and time & money investment you would have access to wit me is specifically geared towards helping you buy, sell or manage single family homes--and in as organized and well-informed manner as possible.
