Therapy is collaborative process between client and therapist where with trust, unconditional positive regard, and the practice of mindfulness, clients are reminded of and gently guided back to reconnecting with their own inner knowing. It is my honor to be part of the process of helping clients feel empowered as they discover many of the answers to life's challenges lie within themselves. With a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, people are able to achieve the personal growth we all strive for. My fees are very affordable, and I offer a sliding scale for clients who qualify.
