Philosophy:
Excellent care starts and ends with you, the patient. Our comprehensive team approach will guide you through each step of the process. We will help you better understand your diagnosis and will employ the latest cancer research in the discussion of your customized treatment recommendations. We will listen to your needs in a compassionate manner and answer all of your questions. We will utilize the latest cutting-edge technology to treat your cancer, including CyberKnife, which is used to deliver SBRT (Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy) and SRS (Stereotactic Radiosurgery). Our team is dedicated to helping you in your time of need. In the end, you are our only priority.
I will help you understand everything about your condition and the reasoning behind our treatment recommendations. In my experience, patients appreciate a straightforward approach, and it is important to me to make sure all your questions are answered, about not only the details of your treatment in our center but about your overall prognosis and how your disease and your treatment will impact your life and the things you like to do. I take a particular interest in radiosurgery, and since the details of your tumor anatomy are so critical to that process, I spend a lot of time reviewing imaging studies with patients and their families. I also work hard to maintain a team approach to your condition, with frequent phone calls to your other doctors to make sure everyoneâÂÂs plans come together for your maximum benefit. My partners and I have excellent training, well-trained and compassionate staff, and state-of-the-art equipment; and these are all necessary factors in giving you the best care. On the deepest level, though, I truly believe that our essential task in life is to love and be loved, and my goal as your doctor is to remove obstacles posed by your disease and make sure you can do that as long and as well as possible.
