The philosophy at Eye to Eye Ophthalmology is eye care with a personal touch. Dr. Luscavage gets to know every patient well by personally performing the eye exam and glasses prescription herself. She is a board certified ophthalmologist that was top of her class in medical school and valedictorian at Penn State, where she went to college. Eye to Eye offers a variety of services including contact lens fittings, full eye exams, treatment for cataracts, diabetes and glaucoma.
