As a counselor I believe I enter a partnership with my client. The relationship needs to be one of trust, respect for my client and the belief that people have their own answers. I use different modalities including EMDR, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, relaxation techniques and client centered therapy. My approach is gentle yet direct and honest. I offer a free 30 minute consult to see if we are a good fit.
