I am known to be someone that is well organized and easy to work with. I understand that buying and selling a house is not just about the real estate transaction. More important are the reasons that someone has chosen to move whether it be a job transfer, job loss, new baby, empty nest, downsizing, divorce or other stressful life event. My understanding that there are sometimes difficult choices that my clients need to make because of these underlying factors allows me to provide them with a real estate transaction that does not add any more stress to their situation. <br /> <br />I was previously employed as a processor and junior underwriter for local banks at a time when all applications were reviewed and approved by hand, not a computer. This allows me to have an intimiate knowledge of how the mortgage process works, what documentation is needed and the right questions to ask to support my client through the process of getting financing. I am very careful about who I refer my clients to whether it be for a mortgage, attorney, contractor or title company. They are all part of providing a great experience and I rely on them to assist my clients through-out the transaction. <br /> <br />The best compliment I could receive would be a smile at the closing table and a "Thank you" for making it as easy as possible
