About:

I am a native Floridian having been born in Highlands County to native Floridian parents. I grew up in Lake Placid and graduated from Lake Placid High School. I joined the Marine Corps after graduation and attended basic training at Parris Island, SC. I was then stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC where I spent 2 years as an administrative clerk. I met my husband Roy there, also a Marine and native Floridian and in June of 2013, we celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary. My husband and I having both been honorably discharged from the Marine Corps, returned to Florida in 1988 and he then joined the Florida National Guard. We have 2 children who also graduated from Lake Placid High School. Our son Ryan went on to graduate from the University of South Florida and our daughter Summer from South Florida State College. We also have a wonderful son-in-law, Jonathan, and a beautiful granddaughter, Chloe. <br />I was a stay at home mom until my children entered elementary school. At that time, I re-entered the work force in the medical field as a Chiropractic Assistant, which I did for 16 years. My husband, still being military, was transferred to a unit in Immokalee, which is what brought us to this area in July of 2011. That is when we bought our home in Lehigh Acres. My experience with my Realtor was fantastic and I developed a love for the profession. It was then that I realized I wanted to help people have the same feeling I had when I walked into my house for the first time…the feeling of being “home”. <br />For years I worked in a field where helping people was my goal. I will continue to use that same philosophy in all that I do. Whether buying, selling or renting, you, the customer, will be my priority. I was raised with the core values of honesty, respect and integrity. These traits are a part of who I am and carry over into all that I do. Being a native to Florida also gives me a good knowledge base of many different market areas.
