About:
I am a Pacific Northwest native, having lived in the area my entire life, except for the few fun, but short, years I lived in Pullman, Washington while earning my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from WSU. I then returned and worked as an educator, teaching eighth grade science for over ten years. Along the way I earned my Master’s Degree in Educational Technology. In 2004, my oldest son was born extremely premature and I was fortunate enough to be able to stay home and attend to his medical needs. Due to my passion for learning and my interest in real estate, I started taking courses in and eventually earned my real estate license in 2006. In 2007, I was blessed with my second son. I was again fortunate enough to be able to stay home with him until he reached school age. At that point, my passion for real estate was allowed to flourish and I am driven to be the best agent any client has worked with. After all, this is a word-of-mouth business and client referrals drive the industry. I have learned that teachers really do make great real estate agents. Not only am I professional, highly organized and conscientious, I strive to provide outstanding customer service. I am always responsive to my clients’ needs and go above and beyond what is expected of the average real estate agent. I bring the same passion to real estate that I brought to teaching our community’s children. I am an expert in the Portland area and possess a wealth of knowledge and expertise about buying and selling real estate here. I know the many different neighborhoods and their respective characters. I can help my clients find the neighborhood that fits their wants as well as their needs. I pay attention to the changes being made in the different neighborhoods, from the opening of a great new restaurant to a developer’s proposal for a variance to construct multifamily units in a primarily detached single family neighborhood. You need someone you can trust for up-to-date information. I am that person, and I am eager to serve you.
