Whether it's relaxation or working on chronic or acute problems I work within your comfort zone to best meet your needs. "No pain, no gain" does not apply in my practice. While I can apply very deep pressure, it's not always the optimal avenue for your body. There is a big difference between "deep tissue" and "deep pressure". I work hard to make sure you're comfortable and to provide quality massage therapy.
