I have been in private practice for 30 years. Over that time I have helped people overcome challenges they are struggling with. These include but are not limited to: depression, anxiety, sexual or physical abuse, and relationship issues. I believe that all people have the capacity to grow and change. I work with them to help them develop the strengths and skills they already have in order for them to live more fulfilling and satisfying lives. My approach is interactive and compassionate.
