My favorite part of the real estate business is meeting new clients and being presented with new challenges. I enjoy finding a special property for purchasers at the lowest price or touring/evaluating seller's property and planning a program for them to obtain the highest purchase price. I consider every client's objectives and listen to everything they want to explain to me about their needs. Then I become excited about helping them in the best time frame possible. I always see my work with clients as a team effort where we are working on the property sale or find together.
