I became licensed in both Maryland and Delaware in fall/winter 2004 upon relocating to the Coastal Delmarva area. I was affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage from 2004 to spring 2007. In spring 2007, I sold inventory homes for the developer Carl M. Freeman at Bayside on Rt. 54, west of Fenwick Island thru Seacoast Realty.
