Never thought I'd be a salesperson of any kind -- turns out I'm kinda good at it! Typical story of starting out to be one thing (an English Teacher) and ending up something quite different. <br /> <br />By hard, hard work -- nights, weekends, bending my schedule around the needs of my clients, I have attained a reputation for honestly, fairness, and just plain getting the job done. <br /> <br />I have had transactions with the same people three and four times over the course of my career, and that's a level of confidence and trust I am very, very proud of. These people are as much my friends as my clients, and that makes the whole process a heck of a lot easier. <br /> <br />Real estate is a tough business, for the practitioners as well as the buyers and sellers. The ups and downs caused by so many influencing factors -- the economy, the personalities involved, the status of the property itself -- it all makes for a lot of stress very often. <br /> <br />I call myself a Manager of the Process -- my job is to try to anticipate what those pitfalls may be, warn my clients of them, and try to prepare with them how to weather these problems and get us where we need to go. Having a wealth of resources in contacts I have made over the years, people I know I can rely on for straight answers, really helps. Having a sense of humor is even better!! <br /> <br />High tech and low tech -- that's a winning combo. I've embraced new technology and know how to use it, but I still believe there's nothing better than face to face or voice to voice communication. I'll come to your home, sit down over coffee, listen -- and then hopefully get you where you want to go. <br /> <br />I won't always tell you what you want to hear, but I will believe in my heart that I am giving you the best advice, based on a whole heck of a lot of experience. In the end, if I do what is best for my clients, it will be and has been the best for me in the long run.
