Dr. Struxness is focused on providing all aspects of gynecology services throughout all phases of a woman's life. She specializes in office procedures for abnormal menstrual bleeding, incontinence, and advanced gynecological surgery. She helped pioneer the robotic surgery program at Southwest Washington Medical Center, and is well known for minimally invasive surgical management of pelvic floor prolapse and urinary incontinence.
